Palandri Vita Novus Blanc de Blancs NV (Frankland River)

We are proud to announce the limited release of our Vita Novus Blanc de Blanc. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes our sparkling has aromas of green apples and brioche. The palate is dry and fresh and is perfect for an aperitif.

Palandri Vita Novus Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2009 (Margaret River)

The wine shows pungent aromatics of passionfruit and citrus with spicy notes from the 100% French oak barrique fermentation. The Margaret River Semillon provides great structure, with the Frankland River Sauvignon Blanc giving the wine passionfruit flavours.

Palandri Vita Novus Chardonnay 2008 (Margaret River)

This wine shows aromas of melon and hints of cashew nuts on the nose. The palate is well balanced with intense stone fruit and subtle French oak characters that lead to a long and creamy finish with an elegant structure.

Palandri Vita Novus Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 (Margaret River)

This is a classic Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon showing intensity and finesse. The wine exhibits a rich concentration of cassis and blueberries, supported by elegant tannins and complexity from maturation in French barriques. This wine will reward careful cellaring.

Intensely concentrated, the wine features dark, brooding fruit, berries and spice notes. Velvety and well-balanced, toasty flavours abound from the American oak. Serve with a roasted rack of lamb or steak with pepper.
