Soft and supple cassis berry mouth feel, with warm and generous blueberry, blackberry and rich chocolate pudding flavours. This elegant shiraz provides soft and smooth tannins, with well balanced oak characters to finish.  The depth and structure of this wine ensures cellaring potential, while the winemaking techniques enable it to be enjoyed now.

Haymes Hill Chardonnay 2008 (Yarra Valley)

This premium Chardonnay exhibits a minerally and citrus peel zing with pear and white peach flavours.  It features a mealy biscuit character, which compliments the spicy and toasty notes from the barrel fermentation. This wine drinks beautifully now, but will reward the patience of further cellaring.

Haymes Hill Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2009 (Limestone Coast)

Haymes Hill Classic Dry White 2008 (Limestone Coast)

Haymes Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 (Yarra Valley)

Haymes Hill Pinot Noir 2008 (Padthaway)

Dark yet bright in colour. Fragrant and sweet on the nose with aromas of strawberries, plums, confit, spice and herbs. Rich and mouth filling yet dry and savoury on the palate. With the aromas of strawberry, plums, spice and herbs carrying onto the palate, leaving a fleshy yet structured wine with gentle tannins to complement. The depth and structure of this wine ensures cellaring potential.

Haymes Hill Rose 2009 (McLaren Vale)

Vibrant, lively, raspberry sorbet colours dominate the glass, showing intense freshness. Raspberries give a fresh fruit lift to the aroma, which is clean and crisp. A lively fresh sensation, from the first drop, with a rich raspberry sorbet sweetness that is attributed to the intense fruit weight and is cleverly balanced by soft tannins, giving a classic Grenache Rose style.  This light red is best served chilled and well balanced against Asian foods or classic Italian pasta dishes.
