blend of selected parcels of wine chosen for their soft, raisiny
varietal Muscat characters. The palate is luscious with good
raisined fruit and wood-aged
complexity, starting
sweet and finishing with clean acidity. Serve with coffee and
dessert dishes with caramel, toffee or chocolate. Wonderful poured
over seasonal fruits and ice cream.

and luscious tawny port, in the traditional style. Sweet fruit and
beautifully integrated oak combine to display all the
characteristics of long-term ageing.

The
Victoria Tawny exhibits a medium garnet color in addition to sweet,
unctuous strawberry and cherry fruit. It is a blend of four grapes,
Carina, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, and Shiraz. Its freshness,
good acidity, soaring aromatics, and unctuous flavors must be
tasted to be believed.

Mid
reddish brown showing amber hues. Aroma and nose is milky, nutty,
with perfumed raisin-fruit bouquet. Initial sweetness on the
palate, then raisiny flavours linger to reveal hints of toffee.
Underlying structure of tannin and well integrated spirit. Finish
is long and the raisin flavours return and linger in the
mouth.

Aroma
is sweet like a mellow fresh butter toffee with soothing
complicated malt aromas. Palate is immediately smooth and velvety
textured with more toasted warm toffee, malt and caramel sweetness.
Hints of butterscotch and orange peel. Good length and weight.

housed in oak from the King’s
Forest in England, this unique Tawny is medium to

Port is an elegant and graceful yet deeply flavoured wine, showing
a delightful tawny brown colour and a rich complex nose and
palate.

Forgetful aging in wood amongst the
cobwebs for 15 years has resulted in a concentration of flavours
and sugar with excellent rancio and tawny characteristics.
Predominantly Grenache, with a touch of Mataro and
Semillon.
