Belvoir Park Estate is
a boutique vineyard and winery located in Bendigo, a select red
grape growing region in Australia. Wines are handcrafted on
the estate with a commitment to excellence.
Sustainable vineyard practices and naturally low yielding vines
produce quality fruit with intense flavours. Traditional
winemaking techniques and minimal intervention ensure our wines are
fruit driven and elegant in style.

Park Cabernet 2006
Dense and
rather extractive blackcurrant and red cherry although the alcohol
level is more medium-full bodied, there are some black pepper,
violet, mint and tobacco notes, the overall palate texture is
earthy apart from the glycerolly mid-palate and the finish which
shows pronounced minerality, there is plenty of cedary oak with
cigar box features.

Park Merlot 2008
A
single vineyard, Rhone-style shiraz with a lifted perfume bouquet
and complex layers of black fruits, anise, spice, dark chocolate
and hints of vanillin. Powdery fine, ripe tannins with impressive
length. Demonstrates terroir and true varietal
definition.

Park Shiraz 2006
A
single vineyard, Rhone-style shiraz with a lifted perfume bouquet
and complex layers of black fruits, anise, spice, dark chocolate
and hints of vanillin. Powdery fine, ripe tannins with impressive

A blend of
Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, blackcurrant, plum and red
cherry flavours, earthy and medium-full bodied with a juicy
glycerolly mid-palate, mentholly and spice features running through
the whole palate and charry cedar oak (French and
